HPI Racing RC Truck Models

Superb traction, extreme horsepower and great shocks make these the only sensible choice for a radio control truck. The most notable RC monster truck by HPI racing is the Savage, a true beast at 1/8 scale equiped with a 4.1cc/2.5 HP engine - this is made for offroad slaughter!
Baja 5T (Gas)The Baja 5T is an extension of the popular Baja 5B serious, with many of the parts being inter-changeable. Boasting superior performance, the Baja 5T displays a rugged appearance one would expect from a desert truck. Features such as the extended roll cage, raised shock towers and dirt covers, Outlaw wheels and Desert Buster tires, all contribute to the 5T being a master of the environment for which it is intended. Underneath all the cosmetics lies an impressive 26cc gasoline engine capable of delivering unrivaled performance and providing the 5T with a speed of over 40MPH.
Baja 5B SS (Gas)Following the success of the Baja 5B RWD, HPI has offered the full-option Super Sport kit version. Such is the performance of this desert beast that is has recently won “RC Car Action's 2008 Editor's Choice Car of the Year” Powered by the impressive 26S Fuelie engine, this 26cc, two stroke gasoline engine provides more low-end torque, faster acceleration and higher top end speeds that the original 23cc engine. Additional performance is also obtained from the specifically tuned exhaust while an 8000RPM clutch provides unsurpassed acceleration. Additional features such as the Aluminum alloy diff case, heavy-duty rear dogbones, steel drive shafts complete with rubber boots, all contribute to the extraordinary performance of the Baja 5B SS.
RTR Savage X 4.6 (Nitro)With the addition of a monstrous 2.9hp, F4.6 engine, the RTR Savage X 4.6 is the fastest Savage around. Together with an upgraded chassis and drive chain, this Savage has a top end of more than 45MPH and is capable of handling even the most extreme off road conditions. Being part of the ready to ride series, all upgrades are factory installed and include features such as alloy diff cases and dual disc brakes. Specifically designed coil shocks enable this vehicle to stand up to any terrain. Additional materials have also been added to various areas of the Savage, to allow for big jumps and rough landings. A state of the art nitro engine provides optimum horsepower and speed, having been designed to the highest standards. Finer details such as the dual stage air filter protect the engine from excessive dust.
Wheely King 4X4 (Electric)You simply cannot get any closer to the real thing than the Wheely King. From racing on the track to rock crawling, this is a monster truck in every sense of the word. While the Wheely King certainly does have all the fabulous looks you would want on a truck like this, its heart and soul lie in the powerful 540 motor and solid-axle 4WD drive train. Complete with a full set of electronics, a fully assembled chassis, and a painted body, the Wheely King is ready to ride. Features such as the reversible speed control ensure total protection for the drive gears while fully proportional steering and throttle provide unrivaled enjoyment. Simply charge the battery and ride.
